Duct Tape

Duct tape, the universal holder, is 1/3 of the pluggers tool kit.

1. Duct Tape.
2. Vice Grips.
3. WD-40.

If it moves and shouldn't, use #1. If it won't move and should, use #3. In either case, use #2 as necessary.
